This privacy notice applies fully to RivotickMoji, an Android emoji and sticker browsing tool preloaded with built-in emoji packs for instant messaging sharing. By downloading, installing, launching and browsing emoji content inside RivotickMoji, you voluntarily acknowledge and accept all terms set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you hold any objection to any clause here, you must uninstall RivotickMoji and stop all usage right away.

RivotickMoji fully complies with Google Play User Data Policy, California CCPA/CPRA, EU GDPR and U.S. COPPA. Our core design principle is minimal data exposure: all emoji assets are packaged inside the installation package, and the app contains no feature requiring access to your local private files or personal device data.

2. Zero Android System Permissions Disclosure

This application does not request or obtain access to any standard or dangerous Android permissions, including but not limited to storage/all files access, camera, microphone, location, contacts, SMS, call logs, calendar, notification access and background running permissions.

All emoji and sticker resources are embedded within the app installation file. The app never scans, reads, imports or exports any photos, videos, documents and private files stored on your mobile device. There is no file read/write operation targeting user personal storage at any time. You can launch and use all core emoji browsing and preview functions without granting any permission to the app.

We never collect real names, personal contact information, location data, financial credentials, social media accounts, private chat records or any personal identifiable media files stored on your device.

All collected data is only processed for limited, defined service purposes. We will not repurpose your information for irrelevant activities without your separate written explicit consent.

RivotickMoji will never sell, rent, trade or license any anonymous device data to advertising agencies, data brokers or commercial third parties for financial profit.

5. Integrated Third-Party Services

We only share anonymized non-personal statistical data with official Google SDK partners. All service vendors sign legally binding data protection agreements to prohibit unauthorized data disclosure.

• Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collect anonymous crash logs to repair app bugs; this SDK cannot access any local device files or private user content
• Google AdMob: Deliver free non-personalized in-app advertisements, control ad display frequency and reduce repeated pop-up ads
• Google Play Billing: Process optional ad-free premium purchase orders; all payment data is fully managed and stored by Google, and RivotickMoji will never cache or save any payment information on our backend systems

Mandatory Legal Data Disclosure Scenarios

We may release aggregated anonymous statistical data only when receiving valid court orders, official government regulatory demands, or when disclosure is necessary to protect platform security and user data safety.

6. Data Storage & Retention Periods

• Anonymous crash and usage logs: Stored on backend servers for up to 12 months for product iteration optimization, then permanently auto-deleted
• User feedback records: Support messages stored for 90 days to process follow-up inquiries, then completely purged from all databases
• No local user-generated file cache: The app will not create or store temporary copies of your device’s private media and documents at any time

RivotickMoji has no cloud synchronization or automatic upload function for local device content. No user private data will be transmitted to remote servers unless you voluntarily submit feedback via the built-in form.

7. Data Security Protections

We implement industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to protect anonymous device data against unauthorized access, leakage and tampering:

If you reside in California, United States, you have supplementary privacy rights stipulated under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. You may submit a written request to obtain full disclosure of all data categories we collected about you within the past 12 months, and demand permanent deletion of all anonymous statistical data associated with your device identifier.

RivotickMoji never sells any personal identifiable information, so there is no separate opt-out process for data sales. Exercising your CCPA rights will not restrict your full access to all free emoji browsing features.

10. GDPR Protections for EEA, UK & Swiss Users

Users located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland enjoy complete data subject protections under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the legal right to object to data processing based on legitimate business interests, and you may submit a formal written complaint to your local data protection authority if you believe RivotickMoji violates GDPR privacy standards.

11. COPPA Rules for Users Under 13
